I believe each individual is unique, so I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs, drawing from therapeutic modalities like a Trauma-Informed Approach, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). For couples, I utilize the insights and techniques of the Gottman Method. But most importantly, I believe in YOU as the expert of your experience. Therefore, I always champion a strength-based and person-centered approach, placing you at the heart of the healing journey.
