I offer individual therapy for teens and adults and relationship therapy for couples from various backgrounds, including LGBTQIA2S+ and ethically non-monogamous couples. Many of my clients experience anxiety, depression, work-related stress, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, or the uncertainty that comes with life transitions. These struggles can affect your well-being, making it hard to navigate daily tasks, maintain healthy connections, or feel at peace with yourself. I understand how overwhelming these issues can feel, and I offer a compassionate space where you can explore these challenges and begin to heal.

My approach is person-centered, focusing on building a strong rapport and open communication, ensuring you feel heard and understood. Incorporating a thorough assessment helps to individualize the experience and set the stage for collaborative goal-setting. I tailor sessions to your specific needs, using a flexible approach to address the tangible challenges you face and guide you toward meaningful change. The aim is to help you achieve long-lasting improvements in your well-being, create positive shifts in your daily life, and build a sense of trust and safety throughout the therapeutic process.

With a background in mental and behavioural health, and more than a year of direct, one-on-one psychotherapy, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals and diverse relationship structures. My knowledge and experience allow me to bring a flexible and inclusive approach to therapy. My training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, as well as experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches. Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients through a variety of issues and care levels, always focusing on meeting their unique needs and helping them make meaningful progress.

Therapy can help you find greater emotional balance, improve your relationships, and enhance your overall well-being. Together, we’ll work through your challenges, build effective coping strategies, and create lasting change so you can move forward with confidence. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, my goal is to support you in finding clarity and creating a more fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone call to see how we can work together. Reach out, and let’s get started.
