I work with couples and adults (18+).  You may be stuck in constant fighting, questioning when your relationship became so hard, or wondering whether you can feel safe and seen in your life again. You may be so overwhelmed by everything going on that you do not know where to begin and feel overtaken by your emotions.  In my work with both individuals and couples, I have found that these can be some of the hardest feelings we experience in our lives.

I have found that slow, intentional work can create lasting change, and the last thing you need in this process is more judgment or shame.  You are not alone.  Together, we can figure out what you need, how to manage overwhelming emotions, and how to feel more confident not only in the skills you have, but also in your understanding of yourself and others.

I have worked as a couples and adult therapist for almost five years, and one of my greatest joys is watching people grow and become more secure and confident. I draw from an attachment framework, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Therapy, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. I support individuals and couples with a wide range of challenges, including relationship issues, life transitions, BPD, ADHD, and perinatal concerns.

Individual or couples therapy can help you manage conflict within yourself and with others, set better boundaries, and learn more about what you need. You do not need to have a specific goal. Knowing what you do not want anymore is a great place to start.

If you have any questions or would like to speak with me more about anything you have read so far, please book a free, 15-minute phone consultation. I would appreciate the chance to connect with you.
