I provide results-focused therapy for individual teenagers and adults.  Conducting an assessment to thoroughly understand a client’s situation is the first step in my therapeutic approach. I work collaboratively with my clients to grasp the full scope of their concerns—not just the surface issues but the deeper, underlying causes. Addressing these root problems is key to moving beyond temporary relief to long-lasting change. Together, we then explore strategies and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, all with the goal of profound life-transformation and enhanced well-being.

I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and am completing my doctorate. My approach to treatment is individualized, combining methods from Psychodynamic, Exposure, Emotion-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My experience spans university settings, private practices, and community mental health centers. This background has equipped me to address issues like trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and challenges related to perfectionism and self-esteem.

Outside of therapy, my previous publications have focused on statistics in psychological research, positive psychology, and the relationship between morality and mental health. I’m currently researching the relationship between attachment styles and mental health. I’ve also taught undergraduate courses at the University of Windsor and presented my findings at several psychology conferences.

It is possible to gain the freedom to live life to your full potential.  I have had the honour of supporting clients in achieving transformative breakthroughs that have a profound impact on their overall well-being.  Through therapy, you too can discover the root cause of your disconnect so you can understand yourself better, build deeper bonds with the people you care about most, and live unburdened by the triggers that are keeping you stuck.

If you’re ready to get started, I offer a 15-min phone consultation to see if we are a good fit, or you are welcome to follow the button above to book an appointment. I would be honoured to help you gain the freedom you need to live your best life.
